Both opened and unopened items may be returned, provided they are unused and in original condition.

To qualify for a return or refund:

Packaging must be in original condition (damage to the outer shipping box during delivery does not affect eligibility)

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is delivered to a pickup location but not collected:
