We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the day your order is delivered.

Both opened and unopened items may be returned, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Please note: The 30-day guarantee does not apply to consumable or hygienic products, including (but not limited to) makeup, underwear, socks, and similar items.

Before You Return an Item

  • Returns are not free

  • Our return address is located in Asia, as our warehouse operates there

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first

In many cases, we can offer a faster and easier solution without requiring a return. Once approved, we’ll provide full return instructions and the correct address.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, manuals, bags, and accessories must be included

  • Packaging must be in original condition (damage to the outer shipping box during delivery does not affect eligibility)

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • If your item arrived damaged, clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided (when applicable)

  • Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be resold as new.

Refunds & Alternatives

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times depend on your bank or card provider

In many cases, our first solution may be:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A store credit or gift card equal to your order value (you may keep the item you received)

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is not returned in original condition

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The issue is based on personal expectations rather than a confirmed defect

  • The product is a hygienic item

Replacements & Exchanges

We replace items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

This does not apply to:

  • Significant size changes due to ordering errors (more than two sizes)

  • Boxes, manuals, or printed materials

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on location

  • We do not operate a local warehouse in every country, so delivery times may be longer

  • We always aim to be fair and reasonable — contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is delivered to a pickup location but not collected:

  • A $15 handling fee may apply

  • Only partial refunds will be issued for unclaimed packages

This does not apply if you were not notified that your package was ready for pickup.
